Humans have developed enough understanding of the planet, and our own history on it over the last 10,000 years, that we can now think on longer time scales.
On Thursday, May 27, Location One presented its third annual artist-in-residence group exhibition. Eight works ranging from video, to sculpture, to robotic structures, to interactive installations were developed by emerging international artists during their stay. Ksenija Turcic (Croatia) Ksenija Turcic was born 1963 in Zagreb. Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts (Prof. Ferdinand Kulmer) in Zagreb in 1987. She went on to study painting with Prof. Joseph Kosuth at the organization Fondazione Antonio Ratti in Como, Italy in 1995. She lives in Zagreb.
